I think we barely sell out most matches.
How many extra fans would we get if increase supply side?

The real money is not from 6000 extra fans. You can do the math. Fans in the PL bring in very little as a % of revenue.

Lets say we did do an extra 6000 a match x 25 quid average price (ST and casual)
It would only bring in 3.4M a year, if we sold out every single week. (highly unlikely IMHO)

To knock down the city stand would cause tremendous hardship. it would probably cost 20M+ plus the loss of revenue.
After interest we might be looking at 30M.
Just as we have emerged from debt.

FWIW I would be in favor of expanding the hotel corner to get us 1-2000 more seats. I know McNasty said they would look at temporary seating in that area.
