thought I wa s crap they would get rid of me. Which exposes the fact that they don't work for us - they work for Delia & Co. We pay to support the club - not individuals - and we'll be here long after they're gone.

Oh, and if they DID work for me Hughes would have gone long ago (in fact he'd never have arrived).

A large part of the enjoyment of football is the differeing opinions that can be held about it and the players etc. If we aren't allowed to discuss it or express our opinions then what's the point? People will desert the game and all the namby "can't take criticism" players will be unemployed. See how they like that!

I have never criticised a player for anything other than footballing peformance. I agree all the personal stuff is a bit OTT, but then again I always assumed it was just an in-joke and that nobody was taking it seriously. Which I admit probably overestimates a fair chunk of the Great British Public but there you go...
