Norwich - 'a dead-end culturally for the under 50s'.

Apart from one of the best universities in the country, ditto the art school, thriving provincial theatre scene, art galleries (one of national importance), brilliant independent cinema, UNESCO City of literature, museums, two cathedrals, great pubs, a frustrating football team the N&N festival and Latitude on the doorstep. Admittedly I have no idea about the music scene or night-life if that is the definition of a cultural hub.
