Would absolutely love to see team salary caps for the

Premier league. It's what makes the NFL so compelling.
Probably 30-40% of Nfl teams feel like that have a shot at reaching the Super Bowl and its because of parity created by the cap. Premier league you probably have 15-20% of the teams who feel like they have a shot. Understand it will probably never happen because of British labor laws.
