I'm usually only of the last to turn against a manager but not with Alex. Which is annoying as a I do like him, he clearly did an amazing job at Hamilton, a great job with us to start with, and he's an impressive character.
I also think he's not as tactfully inept as some make out. Sure there's been games where he's been exposed but I don't think it's all about tactics but it's also about the players trusting their gaffer to the hilt and doing what he says.
That's what's been missing for a while now, and it's been gradually deteriorating into farcical confusion amongst the players.
And that's why he has to go for me. He's had more resources than any previous manager (albeit backed too late last season) but we've got fundamentally good players acting s**t, which they need to take responsibility for, but Neils ability to arrest a slide and win his players back round seems non existent.
