To be honest with you, I really dislike the majority of our squad.

We're full or players who haven't got the fight for another promotion challenge. When the going gets tough they've given up. They're too complacent, lack leadership and it looks like they don't give a s**t.

I'd love to go back to signing lower league players with a point to prove. More Louis Thompsons please. Man of the Match on his full league debut today.

There's no way the majority of our team can say after any game this season that they've given everything and worked their bollocks off.

The manager isn't faultless in this as he's made mistakes but I'd say the players are more to blame than him.
