How on earth does Lafferty go from not even being in the striking pecking order to effectively 2nd in line behind Jerome? Jumping ahead of Naismith and Oliviera in the process.

Literally makes no sense, to basically freeze the guy out for the long term then call on him when we need a hero is totally and utterly baffling.
