Not just a new manager, but a new structure. Someone like Gary Neville to oversee player

development and building a squad, with a long term view. For as long as I can remember we've not a) had a balanced squad, and b) added value to players in the first team squad. My impression is that we're behind the times on the scientific and technical side. Then a first team coach who can concentrate on the playing programme.
