1 Let Neil carry on as manager with no changes and kiss promotion goodbye, eventually leading to a financial crisis.
2 Accept that he lacks experience and appoint a Director of Football to act as a mentor
3 Sack him and appoint someone with real experience
Sentiment says 2 for me but 3 may have to happen. Neil is not advancing as a manager and is holding the whole club back. He said he would learn after the relegation. Looks like he can't so either the board recognise this or it will be frustration game after game until they do.
