I just dont agree.

Keeping Blackburn in the Champs last year was a success IMHO..

Look at them this year. They look one of the favs for relegation.
They have shown a bit of life in recent weeks but they were dire before that.

Same with Villa. Without him they have been a disaster.
He did well to halt the slide as long as he did.

Hoots did an amazing job at Brum, he had no real "success" in terms of winning or promotions but clearly he did an amazing job considering the f**king mess he had to work with.
