of course the other solution, a potentially explosive one, would be to call a new referendum, although it's been said many times before that this won't happen.

If remain won, then problem solved. If leave won then we're where we are now, but with the technical issues mostly resolved, with the added bonus that people would have a better idea of wtf they were actually voting for.
