alarm set!

i sleep bad hours i can't see it happening but yet again i am desperately trying to get up before it gets dark.

it's odd i can still get radio norfolk but i can't get it downstairs only upstairs. when i live over 100 miles away, it must be coming from kings lynn? i think its flat over lincs. by road it's 115. i think that includes the inner link! haha! i miss norwich so much i much come back soon.
