Watching the news on this Poppy thing, why don't the teams just wear them like...

they did on an arm band last time. If FIFA say no, just do it anyway, how can FIFA punish the teams? "You are now BANNED from the next world cup".... Oh, fab, not many fans want to go and as players we don't either. Terrific deal all round. The Poppy appeal shouldn't become political. Yes war is but the poppy appeal is about ANYONE who died in combat. Just amazes me how pragmatism isn't used. If FIFA hadn't kicked up any fuss, all would have been fine. Who employes these people?
