The "naked from the waist-down but surviving" part of your premise is problematic.

Obviously a liquid like that subject to no pressure and almost absolute-zero temperatures wouldn't remain in the same form. First it would instantly boil to steamy vapour, and then the vapour would freeze into tiny crystals.

But you'd be in no position to enjoy the spectacle because of the problematics in the aforementioned "... but surviving".
