Just not sure that we really have the personnel to play a wildly different system in a successful fashion.

If we're going to play 4-4-2 that means dropping wes and prob not playing Pritchard, but who goes up front with Cam? Really we'd need a quick striker to run off the shoulder, but we don't have one.
