It won't happen but please, this club I love, get rid

of a manager as soon as it's obvious it's not working and then replace them with one who has experience of always taking a club forward. Allardyce, Bruce for example never seem to leave a club unless in a better state than they started. I don't want anymore hanging on to managers until it becomes really bitter at home games followed by some 'young manager with huge potential'.
