For AN to blame the players is not good enough.

We win together and lose together, it's part of being a team.
To publicly blame the players alone and not accept any responsibility is to betray the players and he will have made a few enemies in the dressing room I am sure.
To say we need to play better is SO simplistic and shows he has lost the plot.
A bit more responsibility and spine needed from AN I think.
