Exactly the same as AN now doing the same thing and expecting different results

The champ is totally different to the Prem and even Alex Neil did amazing there in his first stint.

A decent champ squad will usually disguise the managers limitations and plenty of bang average ones have won promotion

The league is s**te and we are still 4th despite being dire
