probably the best manager we've had since O'Neill in terms of setting us up tactically and following a long term strategy.

He had us five points clear of the relegation zone despite RVW being our main striker for most of the season. Amazing that he was forced out, but we stuck with Neil who took us on our worst run in living memory immediately after spending 30m in one transfer window.
