My biggest issue with Neil

is that over his tenure he sold the heart of the promotion winning side and replaced it with disinterested mercenaries. Bradders, Hooper, Grabban were key players especially at Champ level.

He failed to replace the two strikers with anyone permanently until Oliveira. I don't class Naismith as an out and out striker, he's another attacking midfielder. Bradders would have been worth keeping hold of too. Brady has looked totally disinterested, something that could never be said of BJ.

Overall his recruitment has been atrocious and he's eroded the team spirit over the last 18 months.
