the names of our Board, voting shareholders, executive team, in-house legal team and (at least one of) external law firms are public records or on the club website or company accounts. I'm sure if you looked hard enough you'd find out who our senior HR people were too (probably on LinkedIn if nothing else). There may have been some third party consultants involved but in terms of your governance process & decision makers, all the info you need is public knowledge.
