That's a sensible point

But we don't really have enough info to judge whether it's "ridiculous" or a "shambles".

Also, I'm sure his objectives extend beyond just the performance of the team, even though that should be the main one.

We need an executive remuneration expert to tell us what it's likely to include in order to really judge.
