The first 6 months under his stewardship we were awesome

Had plenty of momentum and positive attitude culminating at the day at Wembley.
Last season we were dog poo. I don't blame AN totally, Starting the season with Bass and Whitakker in the back for was always a 'concern'. Lack of player recruitment hurt us. Constantly conceding late goals and lack of game management also did. This has continued this season.
I feel even now we have no identity to our play. Obviously season is not a write off, but I'm not sure AN knows how to set the team up to defend a lead, or any idea how to change it. This has gone on for well over a season now.
