both are managers coming off a run of really poor results at the end of the previous season, which raised significant questions about their competence.
Following season started brightly in terms of results, but perfomances weren't great and it felt that individuals were getting the points rather than cohesive strategy and solid organisation. Then it all started to tail off, results began to match performances and we slipped down the league.
Neil could still turn it around because obviously he's a bit better than Adams - but the similarities should certainly be being discussed by the board right now.
