Art 59 is small beer

That'll just be about transitional arrangements. The trade deal is where the meat will be.

The cynic in me thinks a 5-7 year transition deal as part of the Art 50 process so that the fall out is smoothed over the term of the next Tory govt, leaving actual hard Brexit to kick in for the govt after (not like to be Tory)
