On the drive home

I thought that it just might be time to go down the wily old fox route. I think this is a decent squad of players but our problem for the last season and a bit has been that the units don't work - e.g. Great midfielders but a midfield? And I am very slow to criticise but this has been the niggle that won't go away. I also don't want us to hit the desperate button when many teams would dream of being where we are; however I look at Bournemouth and Watford and seethe a little.
