Does anybody know what the bloke is called who sits in Block B

always has a radio stuck to his ear, goes to the toilet and says "Hello Nigel, what did you think of the supporters meeting?" and Nigel always ignores him. Sometimes he just wears shorts in summer matches but with his socks over his knees and sandals. Goes to virtually every game home and away.

No matter what Nigel and Canary Fairy thinks, he is King of the Barclay
