Dorrans and tettey aren't good enough at getting the ball under control and playing simple passes.
Gary o'neil wasn't a terribly good player, but he played that role and we didn't have anyone else that could do it last season and we don't have anyone that can do it now.
We also don't have a plan b. Wes won't play against a better holding midfielder than scott Parker this season. However, with wes not as effective as we're used to, we didn't have anything else.
Murphy didn't hit the same standards as he has previously but we shouldn't be expecting him to either. Brady wasn't great.
Howson would have made us better for certain, and I think having wes and Pritchard on together would have given Fulham a lot to think about.
Once wes went off we didn't look threatening until oliveira came on. He looked neat and tidy, but he's not going to magic us goals from nowhere, which takes me back to the lack of a viable plan b.
Good job plan A is so f**king good (most of the time).
We're going to have a dodgy patch at some point this season, but a point at Fulham isn't one.
