You'll know more than me as I am plumbing the very depths if my memories of 3rd year law degree but didn't the courts veer away from using similar fact evidence in these sorts of offences for a reason?
Whilst on the face of it this seems like quite a good example of where it's helpful to let it in, is encouraging the use of private investigators to rake over the sexual histories of alleged victims a particularly great step forward for the wider interests of justice and rape victims (but maybe we're there already, I don't know).
Been an interesting case all round though.
(Still think he's a twunt of the highest order.)
