Excuse my language but I'm mighty riled.
About 3 months ago I called VM and complained about some late fees that were incorrect. They agreed and refunded them and discounted my monthly bill.
I disconnected a month later as I was moving - and they sent me £257 of early disconnection fees. I was 'out of contract' - or so I thought. The agent had set me up on a new contract when they gave me the discount. I asked for voice recording and they were unable to send. I sent to CISAS and they of course sided with VirginMedia.
CROOKS the lot of them!
