Is OG not simply stating that seeing as THIS verdict is Not Guilty

The previous verdict of guilty and the prison sentence is indeed a "miscarriage of justice" as its subsequently been proved to be an incorrect conviction?

I will not share any personal views on the case but surely the above is a fair conclusion to draw?
