Surely not? Or am I missing the irony here?

I have no idea whether he raped her or not. But I wouldn't have thought his case will ever go down as one of the famous miscarriages of justice. If it's remembered at all, it'll be as something people continue to disagree about.

But as I say, maybe I'm missing the irony.
