I can announce, finally I score my first goal in Norwich City (at the right end mind you)

I must special thanks to Graham get me to play the `Walking Football` in today`s morning, although to be honest, there are not much walking as I expected. The game is competitve, there are serious play and tackle, nearly handbags, some running which may not allow but noone see it, me included. I promise my sweat not less then when I play 7-a-side in Hong Kong.

I play totally 4 games, the first game is 7-a-side, I wear blue vest, it's a warm up game for me as it's quite one sided, the blue win 5:0, I play as left back but has a poor game I admit, not up to it, not fit, one word: poor. The second game is 5-a-side, since after 10:30am, someone has to use the 7-a-side pitch, so all of us has to move out, but it`s more fun from 5-a-side, we change to pink vest, and we lost to the orange team, which has at least one player did not look liked 50 years old, or even younger than me, he scored 2 goals. I still have a poor game at left back.

The second 5-a-side game, I move forward to play the left forward, don`t get me wrong the opponent was not poor, but perhaps I learn a bit more from the previous two games: you just can`t pass the ball, you need to use a bit of the ball then make the run. The goal I score, it is a good through ball on the right side by Graham, I was unmarked, but the first time, one touch finish aim for the far post, which is the direction of the ball coming in, the keeper I see he try to dive to make the save, but failed. It is 3:2 we lead, we manage to win 4:3.

The final 5-a-side game, saw I take the goalkeeper gloves on, and the new Sondico 3XL wind jacket, we lost 2:3, but I manage to make, I think 5-6 saves, I am in full stretch on the 3D surface, I can recall I deny one striker with 3 saves, I clearly see his frustration on the face, until he finally get the winner by poked it through my legs, Times up, 12pm, and the game finished. After the game we all go to have a drink, and chat, and we make new friends.

What I can say is, next Friday I will be there again! I really enjoy it! Thank you to Graham and our good player at the back, Jim. I love to play football.
