Estimated 13 Million undocumented people living in the US

Huge portion are in California working in the agricultural industry.
Most do jobs that most Americans don't want to do.

The current US unemployment rate is around 4.9%

I know someone who runs a local factory.
They cant get anyone decent to work there.
Of the 4.9%, there is a decent amount who are not even looking for a job.
The rest often have some kind of baggage (Drugs, serious convictions, Lazy ect ect )
