I'm getting emails from people saying they have had fraudulent transactions from paypal

and the details are linked to my email address. 2 different email addresses have emailed me so far. The email times are all 2100 GMT or slightly later. I smell a rat and think they are trying to confuse peeps into letting info slip. Anyone else had similar emails ??? recently
