Usually I haven't agreed with Bens messages

but now I think he has a point.

Worthington now has a rapidly growing list of issues that has been handled badly:

- Transfers: Too many loans and crap signings (MLJ, Hughes, Jarrett). To be fair - Earnie is a good one, though.
- Youth development: The youngsters are never being given a fair chance. No wonder Rossi had his doubts about signing that contract.
- Media handling: He NEVER admits his own faults. He does one out of two: He blames the players, or credits the work ethichs.
- Tactics: 4-3-3 against Reading - need I say more???
