Weird, my message was much longer than that and had several links..

Anyway, the Grand and The Hilton Metropole are both on the seafront (the Metropole is better IMO). There are a load of ok boutique hotels but I'm guessing that's not what you're after. There's an Ibis by the station and a couple of well placed Jury's Inns.
