for once i agree whole-heartedly with the front page

what is the point in signing expensive loan players for a season that is already over? I'd rather we had signed a youngster on a permanent basis and got him trained up alongside other hopefuls like cave-brown, jarvis, hendo and shacks. It smacks of worthy trying to appease the angry fans who want him out, and the media are not helping by siding with him.
