If you'd woken up and your girlfriend's car had been keyed and you were sure it was the

neighbour's 14 year old wayward son that was the culprit what would you do? Talking to the parents is not an option as they either

don't care about his behaviour OR
are useless parents OR
have given up trying to control him.

I've got no evidence other than last night he was standing next to the car staring into our window with a malevolent look in his eyes and was laughing exaggeratedly and hysterically when we discovered it this morning. Also he is a horrible little s**t and this is his exact modus operandi
