Good post.

It's incredibly easy to say he's not a good manager but as it stands, he is on his way to two promotions in his only two seasons at this level.

Comparing him to his peers like this makes it very difficult to argue against him imo. Especially when one of those peers is one of the most chastised Norwich managers of all time.
