Well I can tell you that this season

(and ignoring first half injury enforced substitutions at Ipswich and against Cardiff) our record in games after his first substitution is F3 A8. We have not gained any points through goals scored after substitutions have been made and we have lost 3 (being last night where we were winning when he made the change and then lost).

The last time we gained points as a consequence of a change in scoreline after Neil's first substitution in a match was in January against Southampton at home.

Overall we have gained points through changes in the score after his first substitution on 8 occasions during his reign (half of which in the initial promotion season) and we have lost points on 9 occasions (6 of which have been since Jan 2016) with an overall goal difference of -14 (F29 A43).

Overall I would say that's quite overwhelming and the evidence suggests that rather than learning the impact of his subs has got worse over the last 9 months.
