He is very much to blame

His team selection was poor to start with (and I said so yesterday) and his subs catastrophic.

He's not the only one to blame though. The players lacked basic professionalism.
To concede such a pathetic goal immediately after scoring was appalling. Holding a two goal lead for 5 mins and I'm sure we'd have won the game.

Conceding an equaliser with 6 minutes of injury time is something that happens but to have 40 seconds to see out from the kick off and to let them even have a chance let alone score is a f**king disgrace
