Worthington's tactics

He played the diamond formation last year, it worked for a couple of games then failed miserably but it took Worthington another month to realise that.

This year he plays 4-3-3, it works for a few games, then falls apart but does Worthy notice!

Just stick with 4-4-2! Just stick with what is proven, just stick with what the players understand.
