Substance was severely lacking when Cameron was in opposition but catchy soundbites...

.. such as "hug a hoodie" were given lots of column inches - it's standard practice wherever the messenger left, right or centre...

Governments can't be as vague as they're responsible for creating and managing legislation but in opposition you can get away with a lot more cos it doesn't really matter...
