Hawes jrjr and I will be baking a bakewell tart this weekend. Which I've never actually done before.
But question - have realised there appear to be two different version of BTs. Even in St Mary's mind.

I know what I think. But maybe there have always been two schools of thought on this. What do rothers think? Iced, or not iced?
