The French were faced with the choice of a fascist (Le Pen) or a crook (Chirac). Pragmatically, they chose the crook, then got well shot later on.

Trump is certainly a fascist. Whether Clinton is a crook or not I don't know, but despite really wanting to warm to her - it would be great for my daughters to see a woman getting arguably the biggest job in the world - I honestly struggle to. The email thing is blown up out of all proportion, but there are other parts of her past which seem less than clear to me, such as Whitewater. Something doesn't quite gel for me somewhere, and I can't quite put my finger on it.

Faced with a choice of her or Trump though...well, there isn't really any kind of a choice to make.
