Dumb eBay questions...

1. If you delete somebody after you've paid them and left feedback is that OK or is there something else you're supposed to do?

2. And what if you've received the item but you're not that impressed by the service or the product but don't want to leave negative feedback so one deletes them instead, will they know and decide to leave bad feedback?..

Does that make sense?!.
