That's typical of him...

....he states something which so incredibly likely and non-specific (we are "talking" to "someone" announced the day before the transfer window shuts when we've just come into a few million) and let's people like you fill in the details to make it seem that he was right.

He never said it was Rehman or hinted at anything of the sort.

Should be a medium that bloke. But I suspect he is a large.
