But my serious point was: look at the kind of players Soton have signed for free. Jim Brennan (who is s**t), Brett Ormerod (who people were having a fit about when it was rumoured we were signing him), Bartosz Bialkowski (never heard of him & I bet neither have you).

If we'd signed those kind of players, you or I would be no happier, right?
