very good and very true, but the truth is that with the club being so quiet on so many levels we're forced to speculate on what may or may not happen. The 'Ashton will not be leaving the club in this transfer window' was blatant crap and everyone could see that. Therefore rumours went around and as it turned out some of them were true. And we haven't used the Andy Gray name as a stick to beat Worthy with, he's done that himself. Yes, Gray may not sign and Worthy may never have been interested in him but we've got used to crap signings. If we'd had mainly excellent signings we could let him off a crap one, but with players like Colin, Hughes and Thorne joining recently Gray was a name that wouldn't surprise us if he did join. The reason so many people are speculating is because nobody has a bloody clue what's going on.
